I played an RD26 that appeared to have some type of vintage toner on the top and open back tuners. The label said nothing special. Any idea on this one.

I'm guessing the SE stands for "Special Edition" since you didn't say it has sunburst and electronics. Did the label designate it as "SE?"

No, the label had no special designation on it, just looked like a normal label with RD-26 as the model designation. When I posted SE, I was just wondering if it may be a Special Edition.

Must be a stock model, then. I don't know about the toner, but they are now made with open back tuners, IIRC.
